We’re Landsec. Owners of the O2 Centre and land behind it since 2010. Landsec (Land Securities Group PLC) is one of the largest commercial property development and investment companies in the United Kingdom. We own and manage some of the most successful and recognisable property assets in the UK.

In Camden, we work closely with a range of charitable and employment organisations, including Key4Life, Resurgo and Well Grounded, to help young people, ex-prisoners, and those from disadvantaged or vulnerable backgrounds into employment.

London Communications Agency is a communications consultancy that is working with us to support our engagement with the local community. They have worked on a number of projects in Camden and were also part of the team when we first started to speak to people last year.

Based in Camden, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris make buildings that are satisfying to use and beautiful to look at; an architecture that is defined by the experience of users who should be able to understand and use each building with ease and enjoyment.
