Welcome

The Land at Dalia road in Placeville has been the subject of a previous planning application for residential development. Placevill Developers is now developing new proposals to deliver a residential development with over 35% of the dwellings to be provided as affordable (social rented and shared ownership) to help meet the need for this type of housing in Placeville. The proposed development will also include commercial floorspace for retail or offices. Placeville Developers is seeking views on the proposals from the local business community, residents and people interested in the site to inform a planning application to be submitted later this year.

How can I get involved?

A drop-in public exhibition is being held between 3pm – 8pm on 3rd May 2022 at the Placeville Centre. Members of the project team will be on hand to talk to you about the proposals for the site and answer any questions. Don’t worry if you can’t make it, we would also welcome your thoughts through this website.
