Based on the output from the kickoff meeting, your Customer Success lead will design a series of training sessions for key team members on the process of building and adapting the first set of engagements.

During the promotion planning we will look to define the audience and platforms we are going to target in the campaign and start to outline a content strategy which will engage people and drive contributions on your Commonplace website.
