Public Hearing set

A public hearing for the Electoral Area E OCP and Zoning Bylaw will be held December 7, 2021 at 6:30 PM at the Sicamous and District Seniors Centre, 1091 Shuswap Avenue, Sicamous, as well as on Zoom.

The Electoral Area E Official Community Plan (OCP) and the Zoning Bylaw are the primary tools that will guide future land use and development in the community.

The OCP presents the community’s long-term vision for economic, social and environmental well-being and considers transportation and the provision of community amenities and services.

The Zoning Bylaw implements the vision expressed in the OCP by regulating how land, buildings and other structures may be used. See our project page for all details.
