Community Events

1. Prescott Bluegrass Festival
   June 29-30, 2024 | 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Prescott Courthouse Plaza
   Enjoy two days of live bluegrass music from local and national bands. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for a fun-filled weekend of great music, food vendors, and crafts.

2. Community Clean-Up Day
   June 27, 2024 | 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Various Locations
   Join your neighbors in keeping Yavapai County beautiful! Volunteers are needed for litter pick-up and beautification projects. Gloves, bags, and water will be provided. Meet at the designated check-in spots across the county.

3. Evening Stargazing Event
   June 28, 2024 | 8:30 PM | Sedona Heritage Museum
   Discover the wonders of the night sky with local astronomers. Telescopes will be available for public use, and experts will be on hand to answer questions. This event is free and family-friendly.

Community News
Prescott Valley Summer Concert Series
The Prescott Valley Summer Concert Series continues this week with a performance by the Mountain Jazz Band on June 25 at the Prescott Valley Amphitheater. The concert starts at 6:00 PM, and admission is free.

New Playground at Pioneer Park
The new playground at Pioneer Park in Prescott is now open! The upgraded playground features modern equipment, a splash pad, and shaded picnic areas. Come and check it out with your family.

Fire Safety Awareness Campaign
With the dry season upon us, Yavapai County is launching a fire safety awareness campaign. Residents are encouraged to clear brush around their homes, create defensible spaces, and follow fire restrictions. Visit the county website for more tips and resources.

The Red Rooster Cafe
