FRESH START Housing Program

Access to safe, stable, and affordable housing is foundational to ensuring opportunity and dignity for all members of our community. This initiative focuses on addressing the urgent housing and supportive needs of individuals and families experiencing homelessness or those at risk, including persons living with HIV/AIDS and individuals transitioning out of the justice system. By combining quality affordable housing with comprehensive case management and skill-building services, we aim to empower participants to achieve long-term stability and economic self-sufficiency.

We understand that every community member’s voice is integral to shaping meaningful and inclusive solutions. This locally-driven program is rooted in collaboration, and public input will play a critical role in shaping its policies and implementation strategies. Whether your concerns center on housing accessibility, equitable service delivery, or community impacts, all feedback will be carefully reviewed to help ensure this initiative reflects the values and needs of our residents. Together, we can create pathways toward a hopeful future for those who need it most.
