April 2025 Update

We have some EGGcellent News for the Month of April! The 30% Design Plans were delivered today on time as promised by Kimley Horn. Plans will undergo a thorough review by the City departments, external utility providers and the SUNDT team who's been working diligently on preparing construction schedules cost analyses to help identify inefficiencies and opportunities. Coordination with Union Pacific Railroad is ongoing with their acceptance of the Diagnostic Field Assessment and we are now proceeding with Professional Engineering agreement to allow UPRR to kick off their specialized railroad design services.
