Bowling Green Improvements - Construction Begins April 27

The City of Denton Parks and Recreation department alongside its General Contractor, Northstar Construction, will begin construction on a number of improvements to Bowling Green Park beginning April 27. Changes and improvements to the park space include: a renovated community garden with rentable plots of various sizes, an expanded trail system that connects to North Lakes Park and the existing sidewalk on Windsor Drive, a pedestrain bridge, covered shade pavilion, expanded parking, improved drainage and new irrigation, new lighting and additional trees.
