This project was advertised to invite bids and received a totla of 13 bids from local firms. After careful review of those submitted bids, a firm was selected. We are finalizing contract documents and preparing to present that contract to City Council for consideration of award. We anticipate a construction start near the end of Quarter 1 of 2026.
