Mingo Ruddell Quiet Zone August 2026 Update

The Mingo–Ruddell Quiet Zone project has reached the 90% design milestone, marking a major step forward for the corridor.
Our team continues coordinating with franchise utility companies, working closely with UPRR, and partnering with the real estate team on real estate acquisition as we prepare the area for construction.
The biggest breakthrough this month is the receipt of UPRR’s design review comments. These are now being addressed for resubmission and approval, moving us closer to final design clearance.
Our anticipated start will be the close of 2027. Progress remains steady, and we’ll continue to share updates as new information becomes available.
