Project Update - January 2026

Construction documents are nearing completion, with a few final adjustments to wrap up the plans. We expect the Construction Manager at Risk to bid the project within Q1, so keep an eye on the Denton Record‑Chronicle if you’re interested in participating. Once subcontractor estimates have been thoroughly reviewed and a final contract value has been agreed upon, the project will be presented to the City Council for approval.
