April 2026 Update
The Mingo–Ruddell Quiet Zone project is approaching the 90% design milestone. Coordination with utilities, the railroad, and nearby property owners is ongoing and will continue as we prepare the corridor for construction. We are also working closely with the future City of Denton Service Center and incorporating additional roadway improvements that were not part of the original scope.
Progress is steady, and we’ll continue to share updates as new information becomes available.
