Granada Lift Station Replacement

We're thrilled to have you here! We couldn't be more excited to share the latest and greatest in our wastewater management journey with you. The Granada Lift Station, a stalwart since 1974, has valiantly served its purpose and now bids farewell as we embrace an innovative future. Thanks to the addition of cutting-edge wastewater gravity mains brought about by recent local developments, we've discovered an incredible opportunity to decommission the lift station altogether!

This gravity-based solution is a game-changer, offering a host of benefits including minimal site disruption and impressive cost savings compared to the cumbersome lift station replacement. We're talking about installing a whopping 1,500 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer line! This ambitious project will extend from the existing line in front of 3712 Granada Trail, seamlessly pass through the current lift station site, and ultimately connect to an existing manhole in the vibrant Creekside subdivision.

By saying goodbye to the Granada Lift Station, the City stands to gain tremendous advantages, including slashing operational and maintenance costs while enhancing the efficiency and reliability of wastewater services for our beloved community. This initiative is a monumental leap forward in our relentless pursuit of top-notch infrastructure and stellar service delivery.

Thank you for visiting our site! Your support fuels our passion as we continue to build a brighter, more efficient Denton together.
