At this early stage there is a lot of “paperwork” flying back and forth between the architect, contractor, and the City’s team as we prepare for construction. The construction team worked on submitting product specifications for review and approval prior to starting any work. The contractor began the site demolition by removing the existing concrete fence and existing play yards, as well at relocating existing utilities.
Next up the Official Groundbreaking Ceremony with the City Council on Wed. Aug. 12 at 9:00 a.m. at the animal shelter (3717 N. Elm St).
