Robson Ranch Road/Ed Robson Blvd
Denton County funded the proposed construction of the deceleration lane at the Cleveland Gibbs/Ed Robson Blvd entrance into Robson Ranch, which required a small portion of property from Robson Ranch. To keep the HEB project on schedule, the County requested a Right of Entry (ROE) while the permanent Right of Way (ROW) details were being finalized. Terms for a ROE could not be reached. To prevent financial impacts, the scope was removed from the current project. Denton County and the City remain committed to completing the deceleration lane in the future once the ROW matters are fully resolved.

Sagehawk Drive to I-35W
Progress continues along Robson Ranch Road from Sagehawk Drive to I‑35W. The contractor is actively removing and hauling waste dirt, rock, and topsoil, plans to complete driveway grading to prepare for flexbase placement, and plans to lime‑treated the subgrade.
