Lillooet Road housing site
To support much-needed affordable housing, we've provided municipal land and partnered with More Than a Roof Housing Society and BC Housing to bring new rental homes to this site.
The development permit application as submitted proposes:
- 188 homes in two six-storey buildings, separated by a central courtyard
- A variety of unit types for a mix of ages, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom family units
- An underground parkade accessed off of Old Lillooet Road, consisting of 107 parking stalls, with nine visitor stalls, and an at-grade drop off zone
- 331 Class 1 bicycle parking (i.e., long-term bicycle parking)
