Rodcon Holdings has applied to redevelop this site.
The application as submitted proposes 12 townhomes (including two lock-off suites) in two three-storey buildings. Parking for 27 vehicles (24 residential and three visitor) is proposed in a single-level underground parkade.
Vehicular access to the underground parkade is provided via a ramp off Glenaire Drive. A DNV-owned lot to the east of the site will be consolidated into the new lot area.
