Riverside site affordable housing

Integra Architecture, on behalf of Metro Vancouver Housing, has submitted a development permit application for the site. With rezoning for apartment-style housing now complete, the development permit stage focuses on refining architectural design, building materials, landscaping, and overall integration with the surrounding neighbourhood.

The submitted development permit application proposes:

  • 81 homes within a single six-storey building
  • A range of unit types to accommodate a mix of ages and household sizes, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom family units
  • An opportunity for one in-suite childcare unit, enabling a resident to operate a childcare business from home
  • An underground parkade with 58 parking stalls, including eight visitor stalls
  • A total of 135 bicycle parking spaces, including 119 long-term stalls
