Lift Station 4 - San Jose Dr., Santa Barbara Dr., and San Salvador Dr.

The replacement of Force Main #4 will impact access to San Jose Park, San Jose Dr. at Santa Barbara Dr., the east right-of-way along Santa Barbara Dr., from San Jose Dr. to San Salvador Dr., and along San Salvador Dr. in the westbound lane to Bayshore Boulevard. Bayshore Blvd. will experience a temporary closure as work is completed in the roadway.

Project Details:

• Projected Start Date: November 6
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

What to Expect:

Traffic: During the project, you may experience some traffic delays on Santa Barbara Dr., San Salvador Dr., and Bayshore Blvd. Please plan accordingly for potential delays.

Residential Impact:

• If your residence is on Santa Barbara Dr. from San Jose Park to Kiwanis Park, and San Salvador Dr. from Santa Barabara Dr. to Bayshore Blvd., the contractor will notify you when work is ready to commence in front of your home.
• There may be temporary driveway and right-of-way access interruptions while work is being conducted in front of your residence.
• Rest assured, all driveways and plant life located in the right-of-way will be restored to their current condition.

Service Continuity: There will be no impact on U.S. mail, deliveries, garbage collection, or recycling pickups.

Equipment & Materials: Expect to see construction vehicles in the area while work is being done. Equipment and materials will be stored on refuge island on San Jose Park.

Communication: Residents who will be directly impacted by the project have received a door hanger with detailed project information and contact details for the contractor.
