Presentation of the Diagnostic Report and Land Development Code Outline

The annotated outline proposes the overall organization and content of the proposed Land Development Code (LDC). The purpose of the Annotated Outline is to present a structure of the updated LDC aligned with the chapters within the existing Subpart B Land Development Code and any newly proposed sections to support the scope of this project. The outline is organized intuitively by grouping similar provisions and standards together into sections, beginning with general provisions, followed by zoning, land use, development standards, subdivision, and processes.
