As of February 2, 2026, the debris crew has hauled 393 loads of vegetation for 21,031 cubic yards.
As of February 2, 2026, the debris crew has hauled 393 loads of vegetation for 21,031 cubic yards. The debris crew is 99% done with Curlew Creek with a small area East of CR 1 off the County property needing cleared. Public Services is in the process to gain permission from the County to use their property at CR 1 to enter and remove the debris.
The Northern Jerry Branch section from Curlew Creek to Brady Rd bridge is 90% complete, the debris crew has another 500’ or so to clear from Brady Rd bridge to the North, they should be done with this section within the next two days. The Southern Jerry Branch section from 580 headed South to Jerry Lake outfall is cleared. Dunedin received permission from NRCS to include the additional section of waterway South of Jerry Lake outfall to Greenbriar Rd. This section has not been scheduled yet since it was just recently approved. CrowderGulf rep Jake was made aware of the approval this week.
CrowderGulf is moving a crew into the Cedar Creek Channel A and C waterway sections through Hammock Park on 2/4/26 to begin removing debris.
