First Reading of Ordinance 24-15 Amending Chapter 78

City staff presented the Stormwater Rate Study in early March of this year. The First Reading of Ordinance 24-15 Amending Chapter 78 was held on June 6, 2024 at 6 p.m. in City Hall. The purpose of stormwater utility amendment to Section 78-174 (a) and (e) are to assure current revenues from the stormwater rates are enough to fund critical stormwater programs, resiliency efforts, and meet financial requirements of the Stormwater Utility.

The Second Reading of Ordinance 24-15 Amending Chapter 78 will be held on July 11, 2024 at 6 p.m. in City Hall.
