Sun Lakes Boulevard Extension - Project Updates

The Sun Lakes Boulevard project is moving along. Here is where we are at.

90% Construction drawings are completed. The design team is working towards 100% construction drawings.
Environmental Studies are being completed by Summer 2022, with a completed environmental document at the same time.
Environmental Clearance is anticipated in Late 2022

Upcoming Work:

Environmental Permitting will begin Late 2022/Early 2023, and take about 1 year to complete. Clearance are required from the Army Corps of Engineers, State Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board.

Construction is anticiapted to start at the end of the Environmental Permitting process in Late 2023/Early 2024
