General Plan Update (2045)

Welcome to the City of Banning Land Use and Circulation Element Update page.

The City of Banning is in process of updating its Land Use and Circulation Elements and we’re looking for ways to improve your experience throughout the city. As two of the required elements of the City of Banning's General Plan, the Land Use and Circulation Elements provides policies, programs, actions, and priority land use patterns and transportation networks that support the safe and efficient movement of people driving, walking, biking, and taking transit in Anaheim. The City's current General Plan was adopted in 2006 and is currently being updated to accommodate changes in land use patterns, business climate, transportation needs, new technologies, and other projects such as the City's 2021-2029 Housing Element.
