Lower Hillside Drainage Improvements

The City of Bellbrook has allocated ARPA funds to help improve storm water drainage in an area that has been problematic for some time. Lower Hillside has seen storm srainage issues so sever that homes have flooded in the are with just modest amounts of rain and run-off. Since there are not curb and gutters tied into a storm drainage system, it was determined improved catch basins and larger pipes for increased flow and drainage of water runoff would need to be installed.

This project installs larger and additional catch basins, larger and better sloped drainage pipes, and improved outlet to allow gethering and better flow of water run off during rain events.
