7/31/2025 Project Update

Phase 1
Pavement removal in Phase 1 has begun. The contractor will be splitting this phase into two, smaller subsections in order to reduce disruptions to residents. This allows those without driveway access the ability to park closer to their homes, along with decreasing the number of residents utilizing street parking at one time.

The first section will consist of the area from where Phase 2 left off at Willow Rd, to the hydrant located in front of 2426 Lilac Ln. This is the section currently being removed. Following the near completion of underground work in this section, the contractor will continue pavement removal heading west and then south on Lilac Ln to the intersection with South Woodcrest Dr.

Underground work on this first portion of Phase 1 is planned to start the week of August 4.

Phases 2 & 3
Phases 2 & 3 are now open to traffic, with driveway access restored to all residents. Concrete and asphalt work is complete, and boulevard grading is underway. This will be followed by irrigation repairs, street light installation, and grass seeding.
