8/15/2025 Project Update

Closure of 9th Street North from 9th Avenue to 10th Avenue

The initial plan was to complete 3 of the 7 phases this summer/fall and the last 4 phases next spring/summer. With the project progressing slightly ahead of schedule, the contractor has decided to continue into the 2026 phases and finish as much of the project as possible this fall.
