Beginning Tuesday, September 8th, 8th Avenue South will be closed just east of 4th Street South to the east. This is the start of the 8th Avenue South roadway reconstruction which will reconstruct the underground utilities, roadway, sidewalks, and driveways whithin the closure. The entire project is expected to be substantially complete this fall.
