Project Information

University Drive and 19th Avenue project is an intersection safety improvement effort. The median on the east side of the intersection will be removed to better align the left‑turn lane. This realignment will eliminate the existing turn‑lane offset and improve sight lines for drivers turning left. The project also includes signal and street‑lighting upgrades to support the new layout.

Construction is scheduled between June 15 and August 15. During this time, motorists can expect eastbound and westbound lane closures, along with temporary lane closures on University Drive.
