Project Overview
This project is for the replacement of the aging infrastructure along 4th Avenue North.

Project Location
On 4th Avenue North from 29th Street to Cass County Drain 10.
Improvement District: BR-26-I1

Roadway reconstruction will include

• Replacement of the concrete pavement
• Replacement of the curb & gutter
• New driveway approaches (up to sidewalk)
• New sidewalk
• New storm sewer inlets
• New water hydrants
• New street lights

SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

Some properties within the project area may be subject to special assessments to help fund the improvements. If you’re a property owner and would like to check whether your parcel is affected, you have two options:

Note: Estimated special assessment costs will be posted as the project gets closer to starting. These amounts stay on your property as estimates throughout the project and won’t become final until the work is completed.
