7/28/2025 Update - COMPLETE

The contractor has completed pavement repairs on the northbound lanes as part of Phase 1. Traffic has now been shifted to the east side of University Drive, where it will operate head-to-head, to allow pavement repairs to begin on the southbound lanes as Phase 1 work continues.
