Horace Mann Neighborhood Reconstruction (BR-27-C1)

Project Overview
This project will upgrade the aging infrastructure along 1st Street North between 11th Avenue North and 7th Avenue North. Improvements will enhance roadway condition, utilities, and overall corridor reliability.

Project Location
• 1st Street North from 11th Avenue North to 7th Avenue North
• 8th Avenue North from 1st Street North to Oak Street North
Improvement District: BR‑27‑C1

Full roadway reconstruction including

• Water main replacement
• Water service replacement (to curb stop valve)
• Sanitary service replacement (to behind the curb)
• Sanitary sewer main repairs
• Upgrades to the storm sewer network
• New driveway approaches (up to sidewalk)
• Sidewalk replacement
• New curb and gutter
• New asphalt pavement
