6/16/2025 Project Update

Phase 3
Underground work in Phase 3 is nearly complete. Dirt work in preparation for curb installation is expected to begin the week of June 16.

Phase 2
Work in Phase 2 began June 12. Willow Rd from Woordcrest Dr to Lilac Ln, along with the intersection of Willow Rd and Lilac Ln is now closed to traffic. Underground work in this phase is expected to last 1 to 2 weeks.

Phase 1
Work in Phase 1 is estimated to begin mid-July. Phases 2 & 3 must be complete before Phase 1 can begin.

Please Note: The boundary between Phase 1 and Phase 2 has been slightly altered. Five properties that were orignally planned to be in Phase 2 are now located in Phase 1. (See the Interactive Capital Improvement Map on the main project page for more details)
