Phase 3
Underground work in Phase 3 is complete. Preparation of the roadway subgrade is in progress with curb installation expected the week of July 7. This will be followed by the first two layers of asphalt paving, along with installation of concrete sidewalks and driveways in the subsequent weeks.
Phase 2
Underground work in Phase 2 is complete. Roadway grading is expected to begin following the completion of road base preparation in Phase 3.
Phase 1
Work in Phase 1 is estimated to begin early August. Phases 2 & 3 must be complete before Phase 1 can begin.
