Phase 2 & Phase 3
Concrete curb has been installed in Phases 2 & 3, along with the first layer of asphalt roadway. Sidewalk and driveway installation is in progress and is estimated to be completed in the next 1 to 2 weeks. This will be followed by boulevard grading and seeding, and street light installation.
Phase 1
Work in Phase 1 is estimated to begin early August. Phases 2 & 3 must be complete before Phase 1 can begin.
