Longfellow Neighborhood Reconstruction (BR-27-A1)

This project is to improve the aging infrastructure of North Woodcrest Drive, Maple Street, and Meadowlark Lane North

Project Location
North Woodcrest Drive North from Evergreen Road to Lilac Lane; Maple Street North from 28th Avenue to Meadowlark Lane; and Meadowlark Lane North from Maple Street to Lilac Lane

Full roadway reconstruction including

• Water main replacement
• Water service replacement (to curb stop valve)
• Sanitary service replacement (to behind the curb)
• Sanitary sewer main repairs
• Upgrades to the storm sewer network
• New driveway approaches (up to sidewalk)
• Sidewalk replacement
• New curb and gutter
• New asphalt pavement
