NP Avenue North (BR-26-F1)

The purpose of this project is to improve the aging infrastructure of NP Avenue as part of the overall City of Fargo improvement efforts.

Project Location
NP Avenue North from 2nd Street to 4th Street.

Full roadway reconstruction including

• Water main replacement
• Water service replacement (to curb stop valve)
• Sanitary sewer main replacement
• Sanitary sewer service replacement (to behind the curb)
• Replace and upsize storm sewer main, inlets and leads
• New concrete pavement
• Driveway approaches (up to sidewalk)
• Sidewalk replacement
• New street lighting

Some properties within the project area may be subject to special assessments to help fund the improvements. If you’re a property owner and would like to check whether your parcel is affected, you have two options:

Note: Estimated special assessment costs will be posted as the project gets closer to starting. These amounts stay on your property as estimates throughout the project and won’t become final until the work is completed.
