Starting Sept. 17th the contractor will start milling the avenues in section 1 of the project. This will be 1st Ave S and 2nd Ave S. They will have No Parking on these avenues Thursday. They will then mill the streets in this section (7th St S, 8th St S, and 9th St S) on Friday Sept. 18th. People will be able to park on the streets Thursday and the avenues Friday. Please watch for the "No Parking" signs that are in the area. Paving of the streets will follow, but don't have an exact date for this yet.
