- Movie Studio Initiative
This initiative is for the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of a state-of-the art movie studio complex. - Las Olas Marina
This public-private partnership will develop a new marina and feature fine dining, boutique retain, infrastructure improvements, and pedestrian-friendly landscaping. The project, once completed, will create 1,110 full-time jobs and is expected to generate $221 million in annual economic impact, $6 million in annual state local tax revenue, and $446,000 in annual real estate property tax. - Reimagining City Hall
This initiative centers around collecting input from neighbors to establish plans for a future city hall.
