Draft DDD Plan Update Complete

The Town has completed its draft of the Downtown Development District Plan Update, which can be reviewed at the links at the lower right of the project page, under 'Supporting Documents.' This Plan will serve as a part of the application to the State of Delaware to renew Georgetown's Downtown Development District designation, which can grant eligible property and businesses owners and developers in the Downtown access to significant Town, County and State financial incentives. These incentives can continue to increase economic devleopment and attract new and expanding business, retail and leisure activities to the Town.
