EV Car Club

The council is developing a proposal to set up an electric vehicle (EV) car club in the Borehamwood Civic Office Car Park for residents and staff.

An EV car club gives people access to electric vehicles when they need them, without the cost and responsibility of owning a car. Members can book an EV for short periods, such as a few hours or a day, and pay for the time and distance used.

By sharing electric vehicles, EV car clubs reduce reliance on private car ownership, make better use of parking space, and support cleaner, more sustainable travel choices.
