Town Centre Business Survey

Many businesses, based in our town centres in Hertsmere, have experienced a very difficult time over the last few years with the continuing rise and popularity of online shopping and a significant decrease evident in footfall.

Please take part in this survey; the results of which will enable us to effectively assess the impact on businesses in town centres in our borough.

The survey will help to inform our work and the way in which we prioritise the implementation of our economic development plan over the coming months and years, with the aim of ultimately improving our town centres for everyone - for businesses, residents and visitors.
