The Town of Hinton is creating a new Municipal Communications Strategy and wants to hear from you.

We want to know:

• How you want to get information from the Town, and
• What information you would like to receive.

The Town is engaging residents in two ways:

1. A survey (see 'Participate Now' button below)
2. In-person focus groups of 8 to 10 residents.

How to get involved

1. Complete the survey at the button below.
2. As part of the survey, choose to be a potential focus group participant and provide your contact information.

Residents who attend a one hour in-person or webinar-based focus group will receive a $40 honourarium as thanks for their time. Snacks and beverages will be provided to in-person focus group participants.

What Happens Next?

The results of the survey and focus groups will be shared with the community in a What We Heard summary report.

The results of the survey and focus groups will help create a four-year Municipal Communications Strategy in 2027. This Strategy will be available to the public once complete.
