City of Hutto Strategic Plan
About
The City of Hutto Strategic Plan was adopted by Hutto City Council in June 2023. With a Vision Statement as its overarching guide, the Plan includes four pillars (also known as goals) to prioritize the City's spending and operations for the next few years. Within these four pillars, there are short-term strategies that the City is currently in the process of actively implementing. The foundation that supports all of these pillars and strategies is our Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), which focuses on critical infrastructure such as roads and water/wastewater systems.
