F-48 W at I-80 Interchange (Exit 159)

Jasper County Highway F-48 W at Interstate I-80 (Exit 159 to Baxter)

Starting June 24th weather permitting the interchange of F-48 W and I-80 will be closed. This interchange is Exit 159 and is also known as the Baxter Exit. This closure will include the entrance and exit ramps between I-80 and F-48 W. Traffic needing to access F-48 W from I -80 will need to follow the posted detour route. Also, traffic on F-48 W trying to get onto I-80 will need to follow the posted detour route. See links below for eastbound and westbound I-80 detour routes and I-80 bound highway S-52 detour route. Contractor will be removing and replacing the concrete paving on both sides of the bridge carrying F-48 W over I-80. Weather permitting this work will be completed by the end of July.
