Northside Community Assessment

This Community Needs Assessment Survey has been developed over the last 18 months by a sub-committee of the Mayor-President’s Northside Pastors and Community Leaders Group.

This survey instrument is intended to poll residents on the Northside of Lafayette (City Council Districts 1 and 5).
