April 2024 Project Update

The City and our Kimley-Horn team will be reaching out to multiple public agencies that operate services in the vicinity of the Main Street intersection during April, in order to let them know about the project and identify any concerns they have that can be addressed by the design work.

Additionally, the project team will be working with the City to prepare for a pre-application meeting with the Local Programs division of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). WSDOT Local Programs is our partner state agency helping us manage our federal transportation grant and we will be coordinating the federal environmental and other regulatory review through them. We will describe more about WSDOT's role in a future update.
