As this project will be partially funded through a federal grant, our contract with a design consultant team needs include both civil engineering design and support to meet federal engineering, environmental and construction standards.
We have selected our preferred consultant team to begin negotiations on a contract this month. If all goes well, we will soon have this team under contract and the project design will begin by March!
