Project Update July 10, 2025

In the current phase, the city has been working with its consultant to produce design options for a flexible, multipurpose campus as the hub for local government and develop recommendations to improve existing infrastructure to increase efficiency and sustainability. Future phases will include the full design and build-out of the Municipal Campus with an integrated City Hall, Permit Center and Police Department. The city has been using legislative funds for the current project phase, and bond debt and other local funds for the purchase and upcoming renovation of the Municipal Campus buildings. No new taxes have been levied to fund this project.
