The city awarded the contract for architectural and engineering professional services on December 23, 2024. The first phase of this project is to include structural analysis of the existing buildings, site analysis, electrical plans and specifications, and drafting of design options. The next update will be in early April 2025, or when this phase has been completed, whichever occurs first.
